We are honoured to ave trained and groomed countless Graduates; of which some have grown within the company into management positions.

Sisama Logistics is the brainchild of Amanda Mfeka, a subsidiary of Sisama Group established 7 years ago; and inspired by the inclusion of women and youth essentially in the Logistics Industry.
Amanda Mfeka is the engine of Sisama, not only a visionary but an entrepreneur extraordinaire; with rich business experience in Rail and Road Freight; Port Operations Governance as well as Stakeholder engagement and Management.
She possesses exceptional business and negotiation skills. These qualities are further complemented by her strong background in Marketing and Sales. Prior to establishing Sisama she has worked for some of South Africa's giant companies; specializing in the business disciplines mentioned above; garnering invaluable experience and expertise.
Amanda is hands on and leads with integrity; running a tight ship that always puts the client's mandate and interests first; while encouraging and ensuring that the previously marginalised; women and youth; are included and empowered in the logistics industry through Sisama Group and her alliances and network in the Industry.

SIBUSISO SHOZI
Every great engine deserves an amazing river, and Sisama Logistics has that in Sibu Shozi. Educated and groomed in Road and Rail logistics as well as Port Operations, he is an invaluable asset to the industry.
Sibu's strengths are ensuring that the mandate of the client is fulfilled through timeous offloading, onloading and delivery of commodities, minerals and goods.
Ensuring seamless supply chain, through the planning and management of shipments; cost and timelines and keeping clients informed throughout the entire process.
Monitoring and tracking progress of each order are just some of the responsibilities that Sibu has mastered to perfection.
He is a skilled negotiator and customer service champion and he is the man that always makes a plan, offering tailor made logistical solutions to each client.

Londi Dlamini is the fuel in the Sisama Logistics engine of excellence; after all a seamless operation needs power to run smoothly!
Londiwe ensures that the company is financially sound through managing accounts, budgets, cash flow and payments.
She has amazing interpersonal skills both internally within Sisama and externally; interacting with Sisama's clients.
Her impressive accounting capabilities and track record has ensured Sisama's financial health throughout its growth.
Londi and Sibu are proud products of Sisama's continuous drive to empower women and youth in Logistics.
